I am very glad to introduce one of my best students Shi Yuan in this letter of recommendation. I hope this letter would help her in her application to your dearest program.

I got to know Shi Yuan in my course Financial Accounting in her second semester of sophomore year from 02/2012 to 06/2013. During learning of this intermediate course in accounting, I observe Shi Yuan’s strong foundation in the basis accounting study with the wide range of the theory study and method in corporate financial accounting. Besides in dealing with the daily business of corporate accounting practice, Shi Yuan was skillful in both theory and practical application. In the final exam, Shi Yuan also performed well ranking the top 10 in the class.

Shi Yuan is the student that I like very much. Despite her excellent scores in final exam, I prefer her attitude towards study. Not all the students are talented students, Shi Yuan not exception, but the more valuable character of Shi Yuan is her activity and sincere in the study. I surprisingly found her notes for each point she could not understand. And also, she often comes to me for the questions.

Besides the class, I found Shi Yuan very polite and modest to me and other teachers. Her way of behave must lead to her popular in the school.

Hearing her goal in application for the postgraduate study in Hong Kong, I feel delighted because I believe her quality could meet the requirement of further study. In her further study, I hope she could be more creativity and bold in her dream.

I am very happy to recommend a fine student, Ms. ×× to your esteemed Master of Business Administration program. During her four years at the×× University, she attended my classes in Marketing and Consumer Behavior.

Over the years, I have had the pleasure to meet and teach many students, as I am professor at both ×× University and ×× University, two fine universities in Taiwan. Ms. ×× has remained one of my favorite students. As a result, when I met her requesting for a transcript at school, I volunteered to write her recommendation letter.

Although Ms. ×× graduated several years ago, she has remained well-known at the Department of Business Administration at the ×× University. Ms. ×× is remembered in my class as her project on the marketing strategy of Converse and Travel Fox is used as an example for my students. Moreover, Ms. ×× initiated a project to allow all male students, including the ones who had not completed military duty as required by Taiwanese government, the right to leave Taiwan on a short-term study tour visit when she was a member of ××. Her contribution has affected many students' lives.

I have always known ×× would excel in whatever she chose to do. As a student, she was very mature, motivated and driven. She was an excellent student and an over-achiever. She was one of those rare students who are a pleasure to teach. Ms. ×× is gifted with outstanding analytical and quantitative ability. She has the ability to grasp concepts taught to her and develop her own viewpoints, something I seldom see in Taiwanese students. I believe some of her initiative and her strong belief in her own ability to accomplish anything is due to her diverse childhood background.
